1. 服务内容
PIXO TAP 是帮助你在多项长期任务之间接回进度的桌面软件，以及配套的官方网站。我们提供：
- 适用于 Windows、macOS 与 Linux 的桌面应用，可在下载页获取；
- 可选的 AI 分析：需要你自备第三方服务密钥；
- 可选的账号：使用邮箱加密码登录，用于管理资料、已授权设备、同意设置、数据导出与注销；
- 可选的数据同步：客户端默认不同步任何数据；开启前须你明确同意“数据同步”（sync），同意可随时撤回，撤回后同步立即停止；同步内容端到端加密，服务器只保存密文。
网站上的交互演示仅作演示，不读取你的设备。我们可能调整功能与各平台的发布节奏。
2. 使用规范
- 你应当在法律允许的范围内使用本产品，不得利用它侵害他人权益，也不得对服务进行破坏、滥用或未经授权的访问。
- 软件只在你点击开始后才记录，并只记录你在系统和应用中授权的内容。你必须确保有权记录屏幕上出现的内容。涉及他人的个人信息、他人的私密内容或工作单位的保密资料时，请遵守相应的法律、保密与合规要求。
- 对 macOS 与 Linux 的桌面识别是整屏的，请在开始前整理桌面，避免记录不应被记录的内容。
- 不得使用本产品处理违法信息，或用于任何违法目的。
3. 账号
使用账号时，你需要提供真实、可用的邮箱并妥善保管登录密码。通过你的账号进行的操作，视为你本人的操作。注册时你需要确认已达到 [最低年龄，待所有者确定] 岁，未达到的人不得创建账号。你可以随时在账号中心申请注销，注销有 14 天宽限期。
4. 你的数据
你的项目、记录和笔记归你所有，默认保存在你的设备上。我们如何处理数据，见隐私政策。你需要自行备份本机数据；卸载或删除应用不会自动删除所有数据，具体位置见使用说明。
5. 第三方 AI 服务
AI 功能需要你自备密钥连接第三方服务（目前为 DeepSeek）。你与该服务之间的费用、条款与数据处理由你和服务商直接约定。我们不对第三方服务的可用性、输出内容或费用负责。AI 生成的内容可能不准确，请自行核对后再使用。

7. 知识产权
PIXO TAP 的软件、角色形象、图标、文案与网站素材的权利由权利人保留。角色与图标素材的权利归属见各文件的说明。除非另有书面说明，你仅获得按本协议使用软件的个人、非独占、不可转让的许可，我们没有授予任何开源许可。软件包含的第三方组件按各自的许可使用，相关许可说明随安装包提供。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
试用版本与原型功能按“现状”提供，可能存在错误、中断或数据丢失的风险，我们不作任何明示或默示的担保。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本产品造成的间接损失承担责任。具体的责任限制条款：[责任限制条款，待律师确认]。
9. 变更与终止
我们可能更新产品与本协议。重大变更会在网站上公布，并可能请求你重新同意。你可以随时停止使用并删除本机数据。若你严重违反本协议，我们可以暂停或终止你的账号。

未满 14 岁不能使用本服务，也不能创建账号。本服务不提供监护人同意的注册途径。
11. 适用法律与争议解决

Terms of Service
1. The service
PIXO TAP is desktop software that helps you pick up progress across several long-running tasks, together with a companion website. We provide:
- Desktop apps for Windows, macOS and Linux, available from the download page;
- Optional AI analysis, which requires you to supply your own third-party service key;
- Optional accounts with email-and-password sign-in, for managing your profile, authorised devices, consents, data export and deletion;
- Optional data sync: the clients do not sync any data by default. Before you can turn sync on you must explicitly consent to "Data sync" (sync); you can withdraw that consent at any time, and syncing stops once you do. Synced content is end-to-end encrypted, and the server stores only ciphertext.
The interactive demo on the website is a demonstration only and never reads your device. We may change features and release timing for each platform.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the product only as permitted by law. Do not use it to infringe others' rights, and do not disrupt, abuse or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- The software records only after you click start, and only what you have allowed in the system and the app. You must be entitled to record what appears on your screen. Where others' personal information, private content or an employer's confidential materials are involved, follow the relevant laws, confidentiality obligations and compliance requirements.
- Desktop recognition on macOS and Linux covers the whole screen. Tidy your desktop before starting so that you do not capture what should not be captured.
- Do not use the product to process unlawful information or for any unlawful purpose.
3. Accounts
If you use an account you must provide a genuine, working email address and keep your password safe. Actions taken through your account are treated as your own. When you sign up you must confirm that you are at least [minimum age, to be set by the owner]; people below that age may not create an account. You can request deletion in the account centre at any time; deletion has a 14-day grace period.
4. Your data
Your projects, records and notes belong to you and are stored on your device by default. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy . You are responsible for backing up local data; removing the app does not delete all of it. The locations are listed in the documentation.
5. Third-party AI services
AI features connect, with a key you supply, to a third-party service (currently DeepSeek). Fees, terms and data handling between you and that provider are agreed directly with it. We are not responsible for the availability, output or cost of third-party services. AI output may be inaccurate, so please check it before relying on it.

7. Intellectual property
Rights in the PIXO TAP software, character artwork, icons, copy and website materials are reserved by their owners. The rights status of character and icon assets is described in the notes accompanying each file. Unless stated otherwise in writing, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software under these terms. We do not grant any open-source licence. Third-party components are used under their own licences, and the relevant licence notices are shipped with the installer.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Trial builds and prototype features are provided "as is" and may contain errors, interruptions or a risk of data loss. We give no express or implied warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from using or being unable to use the product. 9. Changes and termination
We may update the product and these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the website and we may ask for your consent again. You may stop using the product and delete local data at any time. If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or end your account.
10. Minors

11. Governing law and dispute resolution
